REFUND POLICY

We believe 100% in our products. We do our best every day to make you happy with our service and put a smile on your face. However, we understand that this is not easy for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem that we cannot solve, making the system unusable, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.

How do I apply for a refund?

Please make a note of your transaction order number with the subject “Request and refund” and describe your problem and the reason for your request in your e-mail. In some cases, you will need to send us supporting documents. We will then also send you evidence of our work and the issues that have come to our attention in order to explain our position and decision in more detail and transparently.

Conditions:

Please understand that we are unable to provide refunds due to technical problems unless you give us the opportunity to resolve them appropriately and help you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will refund you. If you have any questions, please contact our live support, which is available for you around the clock.

Refunds can only be made within 72 hours of the purchase date. No refunds are possible after this period.
When paying by credit card, refunds are usually made to the debit card in the customer’s account within 20 to 31 working days.

However, it may take longer to process a refund (up to 90 days). We are not responsible for these periods and delays. We are not the payment provider, only the IPTV service provider.

We will only fully refund purchases made within less than 72 hours. All other refund requests will be refunded on a pro-rata basis according to the subscription period used. The streamovo support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Refunds usually take 20 to 90 working days. We have no control over shortening this period. Refund requests are processed by our payment processors. We will endeavor to refund the user promptly upon receipt of the request and verification of the user’s information.

The user cannot set up his own box and his own system himself:

For all support requests, we offer you our best possible assistance in setting up your boxes, devices, apps and systems. As we do not know the circumstances of the boxes, devices and systems etc., our support is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.

Some channels freeze, buffer or RARELY do not work:

Although almost all of our servers are stable, it sometimes happens that some channels freeze or do not work for various reasons. However, this is not permanent. Our experienced technicians are constantly working to resolve these problems.

These problems are usually temporary and have the following causes:

If the user/customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for 48 hours or longer due to a server problem or other problems caused by us, we will refund the package price in full or add all the lost time to your subscription free of charge + an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
